During the peak rental season we rent from Saturday 3pm to the next Saturday 10am with a minimum of seven days. During shoulder season we are sometimes able to make other arrangements. (Longer term off-season rentals are sometimes available.) We have a Rental Agreement that carefully outlines our rental policies. The Agreement must be signed and returned with the deposit check.

Payments: Half the rent is required as a deposit to confirm your stay. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days before arrival. Maine requires 7% tax and we have a Security Deposit that varies by unit. Payment by check is our preferred method.

Linens: Sheets and towels are provided by the rentor unless otherwise arranged. Linens can be provided for a modest fee.

Cleaning: Guests are asked to leave the accommodations as clean as they found them. Prearranged cleaning service can be provided for a fee.

No pets, no smoking....firm.
